Entrance Requirements
You must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Your immunization records must also be up to date, and you must have a government-issued photo ID. Admission applications are accepted regardless of race, creed, gender, national or ethnic origin.
Student Complaint Policy
A complaint can be filed with the State of Michigan Department of Labor & Economic Growth if a student feels that Strategic Practice Solutions Dental Academy has violated the proprietary law or rules. More information or how to file a complaint can be found at www.michiganps.net
Conduct Policy
Professionalism is essential to your success in the program. It is mandatory inside and outside the building. All students are expected to conduct themselves professionally at all times. A complete Conduct Policy and Rules will be provided upon admission.
Grading Policy
Strategic Practice Solutions Dental Academy courses will follow a pass/fail grading policy. 70% is considered a passing grade.
Attendance Policy
Strict attendance policies will be enforced due to the accelerated time frame of the program. Two (2) absences and two (2) tardies will be allowed during the course of the program. Students must arrive at class on time and remain in class for the entire session. A complete Attendance Policy and Rules will be provided upon admittance.
Refund Policy
Strategic Practice Solutions Dental Academy will follow The State of Michigan refund policy per the Michigan Laws, Rules and Regulations Governing Proprietary Schools, Act 148 of 130 (a) Refund Policy:
- All tuition and fees, paid by the applicant shall be refunded if the applicant is rejected by the school before enrollment.
- All tuition and fees, less the application fee, paid by the applicant shall be refunded if requested within three business days after signing a contract with the school.
- All refunds shall be returned within 30 days.
- A retained refund fee of $25.00 is applied if the student cancels the course after the three business days of signing the contract. No refund will be given three business days after the start of the program.
Financial Policy
Strategic Practice Solutions Dental Academy does not offer financial assistance, however, we do work with partners to whom we can refer students in need.
