Patricia Cassanta

Patricia Casasanta has been a leader in the dental industry for over 27 years. She started as a dental hygienist in 1988, graduating from the University of Detroit Mercy. In 2012, after spending many years working in the dental field, Patricia founded Strategic Practice Solutions, LLC (SPS). Prior, she was the President of Performance Plus Staffing, LLC from 1995 to 2012.

Patricia is committed to providing dental practices with the talent, tools and training they need to build and maintain successful teams. She has developed a Senior Management Marketing and Sales portfolio, and created the Signature Training Programs offered by Strategic Practice Solutions. These programs are based on the Performance Improvement Process, and combine lecture and onsite coaching for a Hands-on Learning experience. 


Courtney Mead

I have been working with insurance for 16 years, 7 of those years have been in dental. I have managed DOS offices and private practices. I am very passionate about sharing my knowledge with others. There is nothing better than seeing the lightbulb moment when my trainees connect the dots. I am an active member of the AAPC. Which help me stay up to date on insurance changes. 

In my free time I love traveling, attending sporting events and spending time with friends and family.

Cheryl Wellman

I’ve been in the Dental Business for over 20 years. I’ve worked every position in a dental practice (except for being the hygienist or doctor) and have found that my passion is helping patients and dental professionals to achieve their goals. Wether in getting Dental treatment completed or learning the ever changing Dental Business, I’m here to help.

I have 2 children and 1 Grandson whom I adore and enjoying spending my off hours with my family. I enjoy reading, gardening and being outdoors. I am active member of my church and will be able to do missionary work once I retire. 

Samantha Foy

I’ve been in the Dental industry for 17 years. I started as a dental assistant, worked front desk, built and developed an insurance department and contact center for a multiple location, multiple doctor practice. Many adventure that have lead me  to today. 

I have been married for 15 years and we have 2 beautiful children. We are an outdoor family, playing baseball, softball and riding dirt bikes.
